JEREMY M. GUTH

Attorney Jeremy Guth is a 2008 graduate of Marquette University Law School.  Prior to joining O'Leary-Guth Law Office, S.C. Jeremy worked for a prominent mid-size Milwaukee law firm for 7 years, and following that he owned an award winning law firm, Praelucens Law.  

Jeremy's legal practice focuses on business law, including estate planning for business owners, business succession planning, business organization, governance, business transactions, sales and acquisitions, and business operations.  Jeremy's practice also includes work in some areas of real estate, contracts, creditor-debtor rights/collection, finance, construction, and tax.   

For years Attorney Guth has worked with O'Leary-Guth Law Office, S.C.'s team including work with disputed estates, traditional estate planning, and probate litigation.  Jeremy also provides management services to the firm, spearheading best practices for practice management programs, technology, estate planning procedures, and strategic planning.

Jeremy was born and raised in Monroe, Wisconsin.  He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jeremy now lives in Glendale with his wife Maureen, their two daughters, and "law dog" Claire.
