MAXWELL 

Law Clerk

Maxwell is a law student at Marquette University Law School.  He is expected to graduate from Marquette University Law School in Spring 2024.  Maxwell assists our firm's attorneys with a wide variety of trust and estate related legal matters.  He has a focus in tax and also in trust and estate administration.  

Maxwell also has a Bachelors of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with minors in Criminal Justice and Environmental Studies. 

Prior to working with O'Leary-Guth Law Office, S.C., Maxwell was a legal assistant at a Brookfield area law firm.
