ELLI Becker

Attorney

Attorney Elli Becker focuses her practice on estate planning and elder law. Prior to joining us as an attorney, she gained invaluable experience working for our firm as a law clerk during law school. She is a graduate of Marquette University Law School where she earned the CALI Award for the highest grade in Trusts and Estates (Fall 2022).  

Elli also has a Bachelors of Arts with honors from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in Criminal Justice and Psychology (double major) with a Political Science minor.  Elli was named to the Dean's List 8 of 8 semesters. 

Prior to working with O'Leary-Guth Law Office, S.C., Elli gained experience as a law clerk at a Milwaukee area law firm and in the City of Milwaukee Attorney's Office - Litigation Division.
