Unless the Law Changes, Expenses Paid with PPP Funds Not Deductible in Wisconsin

Currently, the tax consequences of PPP loans are different under Wisconsin rules than they are under federal rules.  Unless Wisconsin changes its rules, expenses paid with PPP funds are not deductible for Wisconsin tax purposes, even though the expenses are deductible for Federal purposes.
